Improving QoL & Plans For The Coming Months
Aloha! We're excited to share some updates with you about the improvements we've made in the past few weeks. We've been working hard to improve the quality of life (QoL) for our customers, and we're thrilled to announce some new features that will make your experience even better.
UI Rework! We've reworked the UI of our game control panel, Lime, and have put in hours of work to create a more user-friendly experience that is both visually appealing and easy to navigate. The interface has now been recolored to match with our brand colors, and have made the components much more clearer and neat.
Server Slices! We have now started offering server slices with our game server plans - this feature allows you to slice a single plan into several smaller servers, making it perfect for community owners who can run a whole network without needing to purchase several plans. This feature not only saves you money, but it also makes server management easier than ever.
More Frequent Off-Site Backups! We're also proud to announce that we're now performing more frequent off-site backups for our game server hosting plans! We're making 1:1 copies every three hours, which are redundant and restorable for free. Although we strongly advise our customers to make their own backups, we believe that this new feature will give you peace of mind and added security.
Looking forward, we have some exciting updates planned for the coming weeks. We're currently working on a one-click modpack installer, which will make installing modpacks easier and faster than ever before + we're also adding support for uMod/Oxide/Carbon into Lime. Another side project the team has been working on is a SaaS monitoring and status page solution, a mixture between existing solutions to create a intuitive and incredible solutions for developers, enthusiasts, and businesses. This solution is to fill a huge gap in the market and is still in its early stages of development.
Last but not least, we're giving our main landing website a fresh new look! On top of that, we've also started working on an all-in-one dashboard that will integrate the game panel, billing, and everything else. Our goal is to make server management as simple and streamlined as possible, and we believe that this dashboard will be a game-changer for our customers.
